About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused F&B Server to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage items, including daily specials and promotions
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Process payments accurately using the POS system
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper table settings
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and allergens
• Upsell menu items and promotions where appropriate
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized service area

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server, waiter/waitress, or in a similar F&B role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina (standing, walking, carrying trays for extended periods)
• Basic math skills for handling payments/bills
• Team player with strong multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus

Desirable

• Experience with POS systems
• Multilingual skills (English plus other languages)
• Wine/beverage knowledge or barista skills
• Food handling certification
