About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Factory Worker to join our production team. The successful candidate will assist with the manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and quality control of products, ensuring operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production line machinery and equipment
• Assemble, package, and label products according to specifications
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Load and unload materials and finished goods
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
• Keep accurate records of production output and materials used
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or production environment preferred (not always required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items (up to 10 kg)
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work shifts, including early mornings, nights, or weekends if required

Desirable

• Forklift license or willingness to be trained
• Experience with specific machinery relevant to the industry
• Basic understanding of health & safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EU standards)
